Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is planning to develop 7.6 MW solar power plant in its premises. The organization has issued a tender for 7.63 MW of rooftop solar PV projects at the site of Mumbai Metro Rail project line 7 and 2A. The project will be developed under Renewable Energy Service Companies (RESCO) model. The scope of work includes the supply, design, engineering, manufacturing, storage, civil work, erection of suitable structure, testing and commissioning of the project. The successful bidder will also have to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) for 25 years. The last date for bid submission is March 15, 2019. The tender will open on March 18, 2019.
