Arlex Chemi Pvt Ltd is planning to expand its manufacturing facility in Tarapur in Palghar district of Maharashtra. The project involves expanding manufacturing facilities to increase production capacity from 12 tpa to 44.5 tpa.
It will produce Vat dyes , Indigosols, Food Colour-Erythrosine, Pigment Red 122, Solvent red 197, Vat Micro Disperse & Powder Fine Dyes and copper sulphate and Quinalphos as by products. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 65 million. Land required for the project is already available.
